Privacy
We only use what you send us to call you back.
What we collect
When you send a request, the form asks for:
- your name, phone number and ZIP code
- whether the job is for a home or a business, and what you need
- a business name and a few words about the problem, if you choose to add them
We also keep a one-way code made from your connection's IP address. It is made with a secret key that changes every day, so nobody can turn it back into your address, and it can't be matched from one day to the next. It is only there to stop spam, such as one connection sending many requests in an hour. We erase it when it is a day old. We never save the address itself.
To tell people from spam bots, the form uses Cloudflare's spam check, called Turnstile.
Where it's kept
Your request is emailed to our inbox and saved in our own Cloudflare account. Cloudflare also hosts this website. We keep a request until we delete it.
Sharing
We never sell your information, and we don't hand it to anyone else. Our email inbox and our Cloudflare account are the only places it goes. We use it to call you about your request and for nothing else.
Ads and tracking
There are no ads on this site and no advertising trackers. We count how many times the call and text buttons get tapped. The count is a number for the day, with nothing in it that says who you are.
Having a request deleted
Call the office at (915) 360-7167 and tell us the name and phone number you used. We'll remove your request from both places, our email and our Cloudflare account.
